New MRTK 3 Public Preview workshop content for HoloLens and Meta Quest

Hey all - we've been working on some workshop content to help beginners build MR and VR projects on HoloLens 2 and Meta Quest. It isn't fully polished yet, but we thought that hackers might find it helpful so we're posting it a bit early. Please bear with us as we make final updates and let us know what you think. We will add this to the Updates and Resources tabs soon.
